The company is now working toward resolving the situation in an acceptable manner.

This business is a concern to me at the moment. I brought my car in for a simple power steering hose replacement, which the price for was reasonable, BUT upon arrival my window coverings had been lost and my battery was dead. (NOT AN ISSUE BEFORE) They jumped my battery and assisted me with getting it home, but the problem remains. I am attempting to get them to resolve this issue, with little luck.
