So this " sorting " facility is actually a STORAGE facility run by robots?! How is my package " lost " if it is in your facility? What is the reason for some swimsuits to be held since May 26 2014? This is theft.

This is the worst place!! I bought 2 items from ebay, it was shipped with priority mail international service, but it's been almost 2 months i didn't receive my item, there is not even any updates past, Your item was processed through and left our JAMAICA, NY 11430!!!



How responsible they are for their customer!!!

I mailed my package on 20th April in Boston, the tracking info shows that on 22nd, it went to here: JAMAICA, NY 11430. But almost one month now, the info didn't update, and my friend didn't get it... any one help???? the receipt number: LC185597655US

Don't use USPS to mail out packages internationally ever!It's the best way to lose your money.Your package will never get to where it's meant to go and the excise is"once it leaves the country it can't be tacked."The people at the sorting facilities need to be investigated!I bet it they're making a kill on ebay with all the stolen goods!

Jamaica Ny sort facility is the worst av ever seen in the world.... It is the right place to send your stuff and lose it forever. Take MAX insurance before sending something there. Don't write anything that describe the content directly on the package.

I sent a package since December to Africa it's been 4 months I find out the item never left the country and these people working in the post office can even track an item number .The item was process and left in Jamaica new York o am calling everyday.i am very disappointed about the service the item was LC 665180740US I regret why I didn't go to the ups .

Customs label number does not update when package is delivered to other countries for security reasons. Chances are, the packages have been delivered even though it says processed through sort facility. Some international buyers like to scam legit sellers on ebay this way. Call USPS customer service and start an inquiry for an investigation with the customs label number.

Mailed Priority Mail International ($25) from Arkansas to China on December 20, 2013. Package went to Miami, then to Jamaica, NY 11430. Last activity was two months ago, January 3, 2014 - PROCESSED THROUGH SORTING FACILITY. I get standard DHL, UPS, FedEx mail from China in less than a week

I have a Registered package that was last scanned when it was processed through the sort facility at this location on December 24, 11 days ago. As far as anybody at the USPS can tell me, it has been stuck there since then. (A USPS representative told me that registered mail must be locked up every night, so you would think they would know where it is.) An internet search turned up MANY similar complaints. This is what you would expect from the postal system in a Third World country, not the descendant of Benjamin Franklin's U. S. Post Office.

I dont know where to search or help someone because the value of this package is to high for me. Does any body help me where I can ask my right. Thanks

I called the custumer service number 718 656- 6433 at 2:20PM (September 1th), The guy that answer the phone should without doubt be FIRED immediately. He was arrogant and rude. What a disgusting person, do you wanna work in custumer service and treat peolple like that?? Unfortunatelly I was really shocked that I forgot the ask the guys name....USPS you should find out who is the employee that it was working in this schedule and do something about it, all your custumers will appreciate that.
