Jacksonville Lawn Mower Repair

This business is completely unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone. I asked for a quote on how much repairs would be, I was told I would get a quote in 1 or 2 days, I never received quote and was called and told lawn mower was fixed and it would cost me 100 dollars. When I asked what the issue was I was told a pulley had to be removed and cleaned and put back on. When I asked about why I was not called with quote I was told that if I had decided to not get work done he already had money into it with picking lawn mower up and dropping off. I had told the owner that I could drop off and pick up myself. The owner than just took money and walked away giving me no explanation for why service cost so much or why I had never been given a quote. I would look anywhere but here if you need lawn mower service.
