The Windsor at San Pablo

We love the Windsor. They are making so many positive changes! We are very excited to see what the New Year will bring!

Sadly, The Windsor has really gone down hill. The food has been terrible for the past year +, management has no clue how to manage and the poor residents can only continue to go on with their lives. Those working in the dining room are only there when residents don't require other services. They serve the food cold, cannot get an order correct and management won't do a thing about it. I have written letters to no avail. The administrator has no clue how an assisted living facility should be managed, as his only experience is with a juvenile justice facility. I am appalled but am having a difficult time getting Mom to move to another facility .

Gorgeous community in a great location. Love the huge movie theater and the privacy of trees all around it. I am frequently at The Windsor and the staff is always friendly and the residents seem happy.

Beautiful facility with good food. Very lovely place for healthy and able-bodied adults. Not as good for those with difficulties.
