Matt who is a manager for Flea market Remona who doesn’t understand the business or how to manage that place or how to work between the venders that causes increasing the problems between the venders. Last week, the manager got my booth that I left after the old manager and current security requested from me to leave it available for different people to avoid the problems and prevent the seller who try to hurt me, And stay next me and sell the same items like me. last year, this vender incites some workers for him to come and harass me and annoyed me on my booths and finally accused me false by assault and battery and brought the police to arrest me and brought witnesses for that. then, I surprised them to my security camera that I brought to record everything to protect me, the police returned and checked on the cameras and found the workers lying and the police did false accusation for the report. this manager is still helping these people to hurt me. this manager did not blame these people or order them to go from the flea market, these people read the manager personality when he did not reaction for what happened. When I refused the manager decision about my booth that the manager gave it for the seller next to me to avoid the problem ,the manager refused to change his opinion and tried to solve the problem by the vender next to me who sell the same items that I sell and came after me in this market , the manager order the vender to leave 3 feet that already passes between the booths and also , he offered on the vender to pay for him half the price for the rent and he will make for him extension for his booth ,and the manager will do for him everything and pay for him all costs ,

Now throughout three years we’ve heard many rumors concerning counterfeit merchandise being sold by our competitor. We never paid any mind to it nor reported such actions because it was only rumors, we had no real way to determine if it was true or not, neither that was any of our business. Surprisingly, one customer shopping for counterfeit MK purses discretely approached us thinking we were the person(s) selling the fake merchandise. On April 21st we were approached by a woman asking us “Are you the Arab guy that sells mattresses, sheets, and rugs and has the purses in his white van?” We replied, “No, that guy is further down,” (there is only one guy in K-row that fits that description). After she went to his booth, we noticed he took her to his van and don’t know what happened after that. We were unaware that this guy was actually selling counterfeit merchandise (all the rumors were and may still be true). After discretely asking several neighboring vendors if they were aware of the counterfeit activity going on with this guy, amazingly several vendors were fully aware but just kept it to themselves. The same day, we took the opportunity to inform him of the counterfeit activity going on. He immediately said oh those are not counterfeit purses, I’ve seen them, the label states “Mary Kay or something like that.” We said no those are not the purses this guy is selling because if there is nothing wrong with them why does he keep them hidden in his van? The general manager was 100% informed that a specific vendor at an exact booth location was suspected of selling counterfeit merchandise.
