        I recently moved to jacksonvil...

        I recently moved to jacksonville, FL and my VW Jetta broke down. I think mechanics wait for a women to walk in the door just to mark up the price! Then I found Hilltop!!!! I paid 1/4 of the price and haven't had any problems since. I take my car to Hilltop for all my maintenance and have never had a problem. Great service and very honest. I appreciate it so much!! I will never take my car to anyone else!

        Shotty Workmanship & Poor Business Practices

        In October 2008 the heads failed on my Volkswagon Westfalia. Hill Top Motors made the repairs. By March 2009, one side failed again. I had it repaired by the shop incurring $300 to get the car back to the shop because we do not live in Jacksonville. In September 2009 the head failed again, but this time we are 1200 miles away. Glen of Hill Top Motors would not even speak to me about a plan for either getting the car back to Jacksonville or paying for repairs where we the car is currently located. I would NEVER take my vehicles to this shop again! Their work is clearly sub-standard and shotty with 2 failures in less than 1 year for work that should have lasted 10-12 years.
