Carpet One

Had my whole house done and Mike Nichols helped me save nearly $1,000 over the competitor prices. He found some overstock carpet I got at a discount and with the best padding I'm very happy. Mike even checked on them at lunch and brought pizza so they didn't have to take a long lunch break to be sure they got done in one day. It was not contractors who did the work, it was long-time employees. I trusted them in my house alone. He sent me a picture of the progress (pic on Yelp review). I had to call the city to pick up the carpet because they didn't take it on trash day like I was told. You just call 630-CITY to schedule it. I've recommended him to others and highly recommend Mike at Carpet One.

After we dropped 8k on new carpets and tile flooring. and the intial exciment wore off we realized we made huge mistake. First off the use subcontractors that dont care it's about getting to the next job fast so they can get paid. We have called several times for them to come back and its a pain to move your furniture everytime they need to come out. They carpet against the tile is still not right. we called our sales man they transferred him to another offfice. Called left several messages for the owner to call never got a response. Be aware shop around if you can find some one who has reviews and does not use subcontractors. Horrible
