Inspired by time spent in Tuscany and throughout Europe, the concept of Bin22 was imagined by owner and Sommelier Gavin Fine as a way to offer something different in the Jackson Hole culinary scene - a small wine shop, grocer and tapas bar experience like the ones he had enjoyed so much in Italy.
