        5/3/2019-
        Had an appointment between 12 and 5 pm. John Michael Mann had been held up with a bear of a service call on the stop before mine. I was notified before 5 that he WAS still coming. He showed up around 6 and was very apologetic about the time. He got right to work. After trouble shooting for about an hour it was determined that we needed a new upstairs unit. Instead of leaving and sending someone else out, he stayed till almost 9pm making sure we were satisfied and set up with the right unit, and an installation date. My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with his knowledge of the issue we had, and with what unit would be best for us. He didn't pressure us or try to upsell us. As he worked up our contract and install appointment, we shared pizza and PowerAde. John Michael, if you are ever in our area, and need ANYTHING, you are welcome in our home! You have my number...
