        Poor Service - No Refunds

        We recently purchased a fuel pump, along with other items they (AAP) told us we would need. No problem. We had the fuel pump professionally installed only to have it quit a few weeks later. Three different employees (at the one on N. Highland) refused to refund our money until we submitted a store complaint to corporate and then would only give us a store gift card despite corporates admonition. Tomorrow we will be driving to Dickson because the manager there has agreed to put the money back on our credit card. Go O'Reilly Auto Parts! You will get our service from here on out!
