Comfort Suites Jackson-Cape Girardeau

My fiance and I purchased a room at the Comfort Suites hotel that we reviewed online. On the Choice Hotels website there are descriptions of the ameneties including a hottub. There are images of the hotels features including a hottub. After checking in and settling into our rooms we discovered that there it's no hot tub. We spoke to the gentleman at the front desk and he said there hasn't been a hot tub in multiple years. When I said that they should update their information online he explained that they have sent pictures but the corporate office has yet to update the information and photos on the website. So this company is in possession of the updated information but has not updated their website. This implies that this company is knowingly deceiving customers. I have made a formal complaint regarding choicehotels' conduct with their corporate office.
