I went in with a check from my employer. The check was for more than what was owed on my account. I handed them the check and said I would like to make a payment on my account. The rep took the check and told me the check was for more than I owed and I said just leave the rest on account as a credit for next month. He said you can't overpay with a check only with a CC. I stood there trying to comprehend why that would be and he handed me a receipt. I asked what this is and he said receipt for payment. I asked him how he got payment if it wasn't allowed? I walked out very confused trying to understand what happend. When I got to my car I opened my banking app and realized he had made my payment from my personal credit card. I went right back in and told him he needed to reverse the payment immediately and also that I never gave him authorization to use my credit card from my online profile. Who does that and why would they think that was OK???
The Merchandise breaks easily and its overpriced. I recieved a text from my boss while i was in college on a wed. stating she was working and wanted to switch me shift the next day because she was "sick". I agreed because i needed the hours being a single mother. When i came in Thurs. morning to open for the boss everything was locked but i found all the deposit money and drawer money gone. The next day she didnt count the drawer when leaving and it was 90 $short and blamed it on me and said that it was probably stolen while i was pumping(breastfeeding mom). She left the next week and moved to florida.
