        Friendly smiles and acknowledgment when you visit each time (or contacting the office via phone. Yes, although you cannot "see" the smile over the phone, the impression of the staff member smiling as they speak with you is immediate). Everyone in the office is always courteous and professional and the fact that they do contact the patient when a cancellation/postponement is necessary and done days in advance is always well received so that I can plan other things in the previously scheduled time slot. A big PLUS! -Antonio Barrios
