DO NOT CALL THIS CAB COMPANY! Made a reservation, cab never showed. Then the dispatcher said call another cab company. Dispatchers show callers no respect. Completely NO consideration ,NO professionalism, NO promptness. Always late but sometimes will NOT COME!

The wait times are usually inaccurate, and coupled with unreasonably high prices. Improve the community by calling other companies.

This was my second resort to Collegetown Cabs. I waited for over 20 mins for a Cab from the Bus Station to Newfield. The Driver was just throwing out a Cigarette from the window. Collegetown did the same to me and i just can't believe that with a State and Federal Law that these Cab Companies Can't keep there drivers from doing that. I will not ever suggest this cab to my Family and friends ever.
