A J Foreign Auto

I bought a used car which needed a ball joint fixed. I called around to different places, and AJ Foreign Auto gave me the lowest quote on parts and labor, so I went to them. The people were very polite and professional. While they were working, they discovered another problem, and called me to discuss it before they continued anything. They told me everything they could do to fix each problem they saw, and gave me price estimates, which were unusually high. I just went ahead with my ball joint, and went to another place for my other repairs.



Also, my check engine light was on, and they would have charged me $125 to do a diagnostic. When I went to a repair place that specialized in my car (Saab), they did this for free, and found me all used parts for a much lower price. AJ Foreign Auto only gave me prices for new parts, and didn't mention used parts. This can make things very expensive!



I would recommend going to AJ Foreign Auto if they give you a good price on a specific thing, and don't let them run away with repairs.
