        You have got to take your kids...

        You have got to take your kids here! We went last week and the place reminds us of an old-fashioned toy store when we were kids. They have so many different toys and trains for kids that it was hard for them to leave with just one. The playroom in the place has several things for the kids to keep busy while I shopped! My youngest especially loved the Train Layout with running trains. The girls loved the Playmobil, Callico Critters and Breyer Horse toys, and the boys loved the LEGO, Hotwheels, and selection of trucks and toy animals. We are bringing Grandpa next trip in as he would really enjoy seeing the old Lionel Trains on display and maybe he'll buy the kids that LGB train he has so talked about. The staff was very helpful and had a bowl of candy for everyone to enjoy. The kids are still talking about it and want to go back! Not since Great America have they wanted to do something more than once. Hope to see all of my friends there as I am telling everyone I know about this hidden jewel in the western suburbs.
