Westmoreland Affordable Plumbing

This is the worst bunch of non-professionals I have every dealt with. I spent $11,000 having a sewer line replaced and a new furnace installed, and the furnace installation was horrible. I had to call them back 3-4 times because the installation was incorrect. In the end, they left an open pipe they simply cut off which led me to have trouble getting an occupancy permit to sell my home. They would not even make a courtesy call to explain that pipe so I could get my permit. They wanted $99.00 just to show up from a mile away. They are nothing but crooks.

Stay "FAR" away from this company! This company is a RIPPED OFF BUSINESS! I never seen such a horrible business! They tried to charge me double to clear a sewer line that was broken, then the repairman couldn't quote a price, had to call the office, and then given an estimated price, heck he must of thought my head screwed on backwards!!! They prey on the naive ppl, which I'm not!!! Told the young man thanks but "NO THAN "U"! Got in contact with an independent plummer, and the cost was cut over half what westmoreland affordable, or should I say

My kitchen faucet was leaking and I never used a plumber before. My neighbor said she had used them before and was happy so I gave them a call.

They had a plumber out the same day to fix my problem and I was very satisfied.

This company advertises a 24 hour same day service. Being my business was right up the street I figured I would hear back quick, I didn't even get a phone call back. As a business owner I can only wonder how people like this stay in business. I'm actually glad I didn't receive a phone call after I read they're reviews and saw they're ratings.

I called because they said they were Christian-owned - and their cute dog was featured on the page. Good signs, I thought - but I think they saw me coming. While the young man they sent out was nice and efficient, I spent over $300 to have a main drain cleaned of roots - then they sold me a bottle of root killer for $40 - you can get it for $13 at Home Depot! Do your homework first.

buyer beware westmoreland"affordable"plumbing is owned by a money only person pays his "techs"commision trained or untrained hires salesmen not technicians he does not care about what is wrong only what can be made i know i worked for him expect a minimum bill of at least 300 even if its only bad batteries in your thermostat then if you would call to complain your call will be ignored forgotten overlooked and avoided when he gets good technicians he tries to make them break ethics codes and teachings to build his new house he thinks people are dumb ignorant dont fall prey to constatines unchristian ways HOW U LIKE ME NOW JOHN

I was very pleased with this company. My air conditioning stopped working and I had never had a problem so I didnt know who to call. I looked in the phonebook and called this company. I was very pleased with the person they sent out to my home he answered all of the questions I had and had my system up and running very quickly. I normally dont take the time out to write a review however I wanted everyone to know how pleased I was. Great job!

Do NOT hire Westmoreland Affordable Plumbing!!! They prey on naive people that aren't knowledgeable about plumbing. My grandma called them to get an old, partially corroded cast iron pipe fixed. They charged her for the estimate and acted like they had to do it right away and that she had to make up her mind fast (therefore, she couldn't ask anyone in our family's opinion.) They charged her 2,900!!! For probably $40 worth of materials and 3 hours worth of work. Not only did they charge her an arm and a leg but they did a poor quality job. They used PVC piping and the clean-out they put on was located directly on the side of the pipe (they should have used ABS pipe and put a Y in the piping so that the clean-out was up and away from the water flow.) Plus, they left a huge mess behind. I don't know how they sleep at night knowing that they ripped off an innocent, elderly woman that doesn't have much money!!! They claim to be "Christian Owned," maybe next time these "Christians" should ask themselves- what would Jesus do?

Great fast service at a reasonable price!

I had water leaking all over my basement from a pipe leaking. I called this company they had someone at my house within 30 minutes who fixed the problem at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future!!

Overall this was a bad experience and very costly. We called them due them stating they were 'Christian Owned'. We are disappointed with the outcome of what they created for us...in the end we found a great plumbing service...BEN FRANKLIN PLUMBING...WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE...
