Teleplan - Dallas

I purchased a laptop from Sears w/a 2 yr. warranty. I need replacement for the cords (adapter) to plug in the outlet. Teleplan sent me a box for me to ship my computer. There is nothing wrong w/the computer because it works fine with my son's charger. On top of that, the phone #listed above is not in service. The # given to me by Sears for Teleplan says its voicemail is full.

I bought my computer at Wal-Mart paid for the extended insurance. When I needed repairs I contacted Wal-Mart and I was sent a UPS shipping label, a box and instructions, I sent my computer in for repairs, it was weighed from the time I gave UPS the package until it reached its destination 4.5 lbs.



They sent me back wires and valace resisters in the exact same box as I shipped my computer to them in. BUT NO COMPUTER the return packaged weighed 23.9 lbs.



I called Alfredo, he was the return sender, he stated that he remembered this package because when he opened it there was the batteries and wires no computer so he shipped it back. He transferred me the person I spoke with stated that I should contact UPS, (suggested they were at fault) so I did. UPS is a wonderful company.. Paperwork in order, able to track every time the packaged changed hands.



Earlier this week Amber from Teleplan called me, she said she said that they were not going to re-imburrse me for my comp. Accused me of sending a flashlight? wires and batteries. I asked for a manager she said she could not connect me to her supervisor or manager they are not accepting any calls, I asked her to transfer me to THE person in charge. She said she was not allowed to and they will not answer my calls.



UPS receipt verifies my package arrived at Teleplan left at the docks it was signed for weighing 4.5 lbs.

Return receipt verifies package being sent back over a week later weighing 24.9 lbs in the exact box I sent them. My shipping labels were taped over.



I have lost so much. Not to mention all of the personal information. I have 4 children and it makes me sick that the company not only backed the thief but they show no remorse, and talked to me as if I was trying to pull one over on them.

I PURCHASES A COMPUTER FROM SAMS CLUB AND PURCHASED THE EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM THERE ALSO. AFTER MY HP WARRANTY RAN OUT MY HARD DRIVE ALSO WENT OUT. I HAD TO SEND THE COMPUTER TO NEW ASURIONE 2700 W STORY RD IN IRVING TEXAS FOR TELEPLAN WARRANTY REPAIR. AFTER I FINALLY GOT THE RIGHT SHIPPING BOX FROM THEM THE SERVICE WAS FAST. HAD MY COMPUTER BACK IN ABOUT 10 DAYS. ISN'T IT STRANGE THAT AFTER IT CAME BACK MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER HAD BEEN HACKED INTO!!!

I shipped a defective part to this company on March 22.

One of the USB portals on the front of my HP Pavilion was defective and i wanted it replaced. HP wanted me to ship my entire computer. I didn't want to do that, so I removed the bad port and wires without any trouble as it was simply plugged in to the motherboard. Now, a month later I still am waiting for my replacement or repaired parts. There is no way it should have taken 5 weeks to get this fixed. The defective parts were delivered overnight by Fedex.
