        Overall
        Giant step backward

        It looks as if the Credit Union took a GIANT step backward. This system is so awkward I cannot find(see)

        my banking information. The system it replaced was much more user friendly. I can barely login much less see

        the things I want to see. Am i dumb? no. My mental abilities are in the genius range and such an operating system

        as you now employ is just plain silly from the users standpoint.
