Zerorez Irvine Carpet Cleaning

I had my shower cleaned and sealed before Christmas. A couple of days after, I happened to walk into my bathroom when the sun was shinning through the window and noticed that my beautiful shower door had been scratched. I call and was told someone would call. No one called until I wrote a review. I received a call within a half hour. A person by the name of Justin said he would call me back and set up an appointment to come out and look at the problem. He call and left a message and I called him back and got his vm and left a message to come out that day I would be home. He never showed. He then called me today and left another message, which I returned and of course it was his vm once again and once again I told him to come out I would be here and once again he did not show. We as consumers listen to these radio people like Bill Handel saying what wonderful service they get and what great jobs they do and they might do a great job, but if we have a problem the service we get is completely different. Customer service is so important in running any business and this is an example of what not to do. I'm only giving a star because I have to.
