I'm very upset with this store. After reserving a game at this store a few days before it came out. I went to get it the day it was to finally come out to find out that it came in early. Instead of calling me and telling they rented it to someone else. This didn't not just happen to me there was a few people there who also reserved the same game for different systems. The lady working there acted as if this was no big deal. after coming there from working all night I feel it was a big deal and they need to work on customer service........
