        We are an independent outfitter located in the Mt Washington Valley nestled in the heart of the White Mountain National Forest in New Hampshire. As custom providers focused primarily of serving the needs of individuals and private groups, we do certain things really, really well. Namely, leading adventures like hiking, skiing, and climbing ? primarily but not exclusively in New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, and New York ? teaching folks the how-to of the outdoors via our wilderness educational offerings like navigation, mountaineering, camping, winter skills, and more, and last but not least, helping folks marry in the mountains via our unique wedding services.?? We are your friend in the the backcountry. We know these mountains inside and out with the collective experience and wisdom of our amazing guides and instructors. We can show you things and take you places that are exceptional, beyond the norm, special, and unique to your wants and needs. We help make dreams come true, not only by leading and teaching, but going above and beyond even offering actual porter services, pack rescues, and so much and more.         I've taken the two day wilderness navigation course with Mike and would highly recommend it.Mike's is a great teacher and a wealth of information and experience.

        I did my first session with Mike at Redline Friday 12/30, 1/2 Day Mountaineering. It was amazing! Mike is an outstanding guide/teacher. I couldn't believe how much we covered in a 1/2 day session. The location was spectacular. As soon as I got home I schedule my next session, Wilderness Navigation. Highly recommend!
