        ICWD admitted to sending the utility bill to the wrong address. They didn't bother to resend it to the correct address, or notify us of the mistake, after it had been returned by the mail. They still made us pay a late fee. Dishonest. Corrupt. Ridiculous. If you have any other options for water service, do consider them instead.
