Appreciated the in room safe, microwave, fridge, and sink. I stayed at a resort around here and they didn't have any of those conveniences.

Wife and I stayed there 12/28/10 out of necessity. BUT...

for starters, no security, just 18 closed circuit TVs watching your every move from leaving your car seat to entering the door. A real feeling of comfort, not!!

Secondly, the toilet lid was broken lose and my wife found out the hard way. No comment from the staff.

Third, someone's toothpaste and spit was on the bath counter from some period of time. Filthy dirty.

For something to drink, the vending machines sold only Coke or water. I had to trudge on foot to a fast food place next door.

Parking was a ways from the door.

I told the day manager and she just shrugged her shoulders and said "I'll look into matters with the housecleaning". A lot of good that does me. She did nothing to appease my temper, just sign the credit card and go. And I did.

Advice. Tell everyone that this motel is filth, in need of repairs, fude, discourteous and oh yeah, scratchy thin towels.

This hotel was dirty. and they take your money AFTER checking out,. The employees are very rude and they promote false advertisement.

They hide a sign in the lobby saying $50 charge for smoking in the room and then charge your credit card $100 and say that the sign has changed after you left. There was not any signs in the room that say no smoking and then they told me it was in the room in a DRAWER! Had the same kind of problem at a super 8 in tx. I believe it is the type of people running it!!! highly recommend never staying at any super 8 motel. I wont!
