Demolition
Interior demolition involves non-structural demolishing of an area within a structure. Floor coverings, lights, walls, ceilings, and mechanical systems are typical components encountered in these projects.
The types of work that can be expected include mold remediation, light demolition, some renovation, and snow removal. Job sites are typically within the Central Indiana area. Work is year-round and most often done during normal work week hours. However, as is common with any company in the construction industry, jobs vary from site to site. Therefore, our clients and schedule will dictate when we will perform our services, some of which will be required to take place on nights and weekends.
Molds can be found almost anywhere. They can grow on virtually any organic substance, as long as moisture and oxygen are present. This includes wood, paper, carpet, foods, and insulation. When excessive moisture accumulates in buildings or on building materials, mold growth will often occur, particularly if the moisture problem remains undiscovered or unaddressed. It is impossible to eliminate all mold and mold spores in the indoor environment. However, mold growth can be controlled indoors by controlling moisture indoors.
