        Overall

        Doc was awesome!! Receptionist, when asked if channel on TV could be changed said, 'no!! They want it on this channel all the time!' Asked if it could be changed until my elderly mother went back for procedure. Finally let me change it but when leaving room she immediately changed it back! Customers should come first!
