Only 9% of all consumers come back to the same mortgage company or real estate agent to do business a second time. This is simply due to a lack of follow-up and follow-through during the buying process. Consumers surveyed also pointed out a general feeling that the company they were dealing with failed to be authentic and deliver when it counted…after the sale.
