Furniture Expressions

I paid for my order in full and have not received my order. Everytime I call I never get a clear answer and they have my money!!! This should be illegal. I swear on everything I love I am contacting the attorney general about this and reporting it to BBB.

The employees are horrible, they don't follow through with returning phone calls! They are very unprofessional and it takes months and months to resolve the issues! I also filed my complaint with the BBB!

RUN away from this place! I paid in full on the day I ordered my furniture, and was told it would take about a week. It took almost 4 months! I was told they would give me a credit, and no one will return my calls.

That Furniture Expressions is the bomb....great workers,prices or like wow, and shane that owns it is the nicest man in the world....i ben going to Shane for 7yrs now n will not trade this furniture place for nothing in the world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a contemporary sectional with an ottoman from Furniture Expressions six months ago. I started to notice that one side was sloping. I was afraid that since I did not purchase a warranty I was going to be stuck with a broken Ottoman. I contacted Furniture Expressions and they told me to bring it back in and they had it repaired in less than a week- no questions asked.
