Avalon Lake Apartments

I have live in several apartments and haven't ever written a bad review. Avalon lake apartments are absolutely AWFUL!! Not only are they over prices and horrible old, the floor squeak the the maintenance is men are SO lazy they won't even come out and change a filter!! We had a big hole in the water heater closet and it was OUR fault mice were coming into our apartment.... And it was our fault we had ants even though the sliding glass door didn't close properly! They would make any excuse not to do anything! I didn't even have a dog and they charged us over $700 upon moving out bc they carpets were "ruined" I even rented a carpet cleaner and cleaned them myself!! This is the biggest rip off and scam I have ever seen!! Not to mention how ghetto it is! A man asked my husband to "hold his blunt" while he got his phone out! People get robbed and of the the middle of the night we were awoke to a car RAGING on fire! Not to mention it was on the news for a robbery/ hostage situation! Save yourself the time, money and trouble and don't live here!!! IT'S AWFUL and you're not safe!!
