I was recently referred to Venture Pest Control because I was unhappy with my current pest control provider. My experience with Venture has been very positive from the initial phone call from the sales representative to the technician that treated my home. The sales rep was not only very professional, but also very knowledgeable and took the time to explain their service vs my original pest control company. The technician took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all questions. I feel very confident I made the correct decision to switch my service over to Venture. I would recommend them to any of my friends/neighbors.

They actually did what they said they would do. This was our first treatment. The tech (Karif) was a very nice person and explained what was being used and why. So far so good. I think we found a keeper.

Representative came out when requested. Took care of carpenter bees that were boring a hold in the top rafters that we are unable to reach. Was courteous enough to ask where he should park in case I had to get out of the driveway.

Since using Venture Pest Control we are ant free. Timely service and professional. The insect bait is placed away from the house to draw them out.

I have had good results with the service. Steve is usually the technician & he is very thorough & also very courteous.

All of the personnel at Venture Pest Control with whom we have encountered were very polite, knowledgable, and professional.

Very happy with our service since switching to Venture Pest Control in the spring this year. We used to have a "small ant" problem prior to switching to Venture and haven't seen them for a while! They always call before service and arrive on time.

They called the day before to tell us they were coming. Service person rang door bell to tell us they were there. They always do a good job and are willing to attend to any concerns inside the home.

I had a very positive experience with the technician that performed the pest control at our residence. He arrived on time, answered all my questions, and was very thorough with his work. I will use Venture in the future! Best of all, the pests are outside, and not in my house.

The employees were very polite and arrived when they said they would. This is the second application and I must admit that the centipedes we had experienced prior to the first application are all but gone. We also normally have fire ants and I haven't seen any of them either. Whatever is being used works!
