His secretary and Mr. Rotter can't seem to do anything without trying to make more money off a transaction that didn't need any tampering with. Not only did I do most of the leg work for a routine simple cash property transaction, I also had to proof read and make corrections on forms he or his secretary drew up. Not impressed at all. Typical lawyer in my opinion.
