I have been taking my HP's to Vic for about three years, both laptop and desktop. Close location is a big help to me, relatively quick repairs and affordable prices. Good communication and explains things in non-tech language.
BIG RIPOFF When you drop off your phone they give you an estimate with no receipt then they call you back with a higher price and hold your phone hostage until you pay their ransom.
Technical/Repair tech at this store was very rude and unhelpful with my iPhone 5 problems - I was told the fact that my phone was no longer able to make or receive calls or connect to WiFi in my home was because, "Sprint does not guarantee coverage inside buildings." When asked for a solutions (other than buying a new phone) I was told I would need to go outside to make calls!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! When I called Sprint to verify the repair tech's claims, Sprint comfirmed they DO in fact guarantee coverage indoors in supported areas....this employee was wrong, rude, disrespectful to me and NOT a good representative of a good company. I would not recommend this store for any repairs or service issues.....
After being told by Batteries Plus that they could fix it but "That part is backed ordered for 2weeks". Then on hold for 8 minutes just to talk to a live person at BestBuy, I Called this place to inquire about a replacement screen for a Samsung Note 4. "Yes Sir, we can fix that." "How long to get the part I ask?" Got in in stock. I went straight there, dropped the phone off at 5:30pm on a Friday and BAM! Done by 6:30pm on Friday. Perfect, and $100 cheaper then Batteries Plus quote. I GIVE THEM 5 BARS not stars. Thanks Guys!
In response to the impatient review below on 2-10-2014. You picked your computer up on the 13th of Feb repaired with a new hard drive. There are always between 10 to 30 computers waiting in line to be fix. I fix them as fast as I can. I haven't been able to be at this location for 11 years by not fixing computers.
I went in to inquire about getting my cracked screen fixed on my galaxy. OMG!!! I have never met any one as rude as the dude. He was a jerk from the moment I walked in the door. He never even greeted us when we came in. I really hope if your thinking about going there DON'T!!!! Bad Business.

Whatever you do don't take your phone there! I took my phone there to fix my screen. and it was a nightmare. They told me that my part was in so I go in and then they said its not in after calling and confirmting it was and then 15 minutes later they find it. They said it would be fixed within a hour. I come back an hour and 20 minutes later and they said 15 more minutes advIsed I had to get back to work then they said its fixed. They handed me the phone and it was dead I told them it had a full charge when I dropped it off he said just to go home and put it in the charger. I take it home it won't charge and it won't come on. I take it back and they said hold on. They said we don't know why it won't come on so they said let them work on it and they will call me. I didn't hear anything I callback 2 hours later and they said they were working on it and if they couldn't get it to work they would give me something like my phone if they couldn't get it to work. I never heard anything else so I went up there 2 hours later and the guy said hold on and went in the back and came back and said bad news your phone is broke. I told him they were going to give me my money back and the rest to buy a new phone they said the could give give me the money I gave them and try to give me this small crappy phone. They said that is all they had for straight talk. I said the you need to give me the funds to buy a new phone. He said he couldn't do that and nothing he could do. I told him no that I needed to talk to the owner or someone else and he said no one else I could talk too. I started to get mad and said there has to be someone else to help and then he went in the back and said well I could give you 45 I said no i need at least 125 with my funds you gave back to buy a phone like I had and he said 45 is the best he can do. So I threw a fit and said I wasn't leaving until I talk to someone else. So finally a guy comes out from the back and starts screaming at me I told he I needed the funds or my phone fixed. He said my phone was probably already broke when I gave it to them and accused me of lying and being a crack head. I told him I was on the phone when I came in there and they had called me on my number. Then another guy from the back comes out and says yeah it wa broke they discontinued that phone and its just a bad phone. I told him my fiance and my daughter had the same phone with no problems. I told them I had been using my phone for the last month with a cracked screen with no problems. He still refused to help so I told him I was going to report him to the better business burea. So then he said show a phone record and they will give me my money. So I call straight talk they will only send a phone record if they can call and confirm when they call your number which wont work because they broke my phone. So I called and got it to with them and I told them I was on the phone with my fiance when going into the shop. So my fiance went in and showed him the phone record that I was on the phone with him when I dropped it off. So he slams the money on the counter for the 125 and says have a nice day. Please don't go thru the hassle and mess with these people!
