General Info

On-Site/Home & Office are $45 for the trip charge** and then $45 for the first hour and $11.25 for each additional 1/4 hour for Home visits and $55 for the first hour and $13.75 for each additional 1/4 hour for Office visits during regular business hours. Commercial Network Administration is $75 per hour plus materials and expenses. To save money, you can bring your computer to my shop (see contact us page for a map). I will let you know what it takes to repair the computer and how much it will cost before I do anything for $35. If you have me do the work the diagnostics is FREE. If parts are necessary, in most cases I have used parts which are much less expensive than buying new parts. If you want new parts, that is no problem at all.
