I contacted them, she asked if she could call me back. She didn't. I called her back. I found her abrupt, rude, not helpful, and discouraging. She interrupted me several times. It was as if I was intruding on her day by asking about her services and about who diagnoses / treats sick trees. Apparently NO ONE in Redding cares about trees. They only cut them down. She told me to go to chico. BAH HUMBUG. Who cares about trees anyway?
