I have used this company for years while living in Hyattsville & Laurel. They are the worst Taxi cab business in our area. I called fir a Taxi yesterday 9-6-2918 at 5:30pm. Taxi had not arrived by 6:30pm. I made 3 call backs. First the driver went to the wrong street, 2) the next driver went to the wrong city (Lanham) 3) the 3rd driver never arrived. The same female dispatcher that has worked there for years and is the one who doesn't answer company phones late night is a BIG PROBLEM. She plays games with customer and will just give you 1 lie after another while you are still standing waiting for a taxi to arrive. She should be fired as this is a daily event. She drives away customers and generates alot if negative ratings for your company. I will be giving my $ to Uber & Lyft from now on. Thesevar other problems encountered with each call: Late night employees do not answer the phones, dispatchers are rude and don't care, supervisors are disrespectful and don't care, drivers are also unprofessional, cars are dirty and you are forced to listen to their loud conversations during your trip. This company has a pervasive unprofessionalism from Top to Bottom.
