Preferred Plumbing

DO NOT USE At the request of our neighbor he came into our yard without our permission and ran a brand new sewer line for our neighbor. Tried to get him to stop but he just kept saying our neighbor told him to. Tried to tell him it was our yard not our neighbors. He also tore out our shrubs because our neighbor told him to. 20 feet of lilacs just because our neighbor did not want them there. Tried to work with Preferred Plumbing to fix some of the damage. We were told that our neighbor told him that he could, it would be absurd to move the sewer line now that it is in, and basically to bad. If I continue to tell people what happened he will sue me for slander. Very rude, hateful and hard to talk to. Will not admit he made a mistake but wants us to live with it. He got paid that is ALL he cares about. To bad I had to put one star because it should be zero. Look out if you live next door to where he is working. If someone tells him to dig up your yard he will. They also drove all over our yard, tore it up and tore up other plants we had growing. Did not replace fence and dog got out.

I have hired them several times to do different things around my house from faucet replacements to installing a Rinnai tankless water heater. They are very competively priced, often better priced than other plumbers around town, especially considering the service they offer! I have friends that have also hired Preferred Plumbing and dually appreciate they wonderful work they do. I definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a proffesional, fast, honest, and clean plumber!
