This was the first dealership that was completely honest and upfront. They didn’t try to steal our business from anyone else. They said where hey could meet our needs and that was so wonderful to work with.

The salesman, Rodney King, made me feel very comfortable during the entire process. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. No complaints whatsoever!

I have been doing business with Freeman Toyota for quite some time now and not once have I ever been let down. They always provide me with fantastic service and the staff is friendly and helpful. It also has always worked perfectly for me getting my car serviced there. I drop it off on the way to work in the morning then pick it up either that evening when I get off or the next morning. No need in paying money for a rental car because they have a shuttle service. I would not go anywhere else to A. get my car service or B. buy a new car! Thanks!!!

You know what a really great feeling is? To walk onto the showroom floor at a dealership and be treated like real people! That is exactly how the people at Freeman Toyota made me feel last weekend when I visited them in search of my new truck. I walked into the dealership and was quickly greeted with a huge smile. Howard, my salesman, was super friendly and we began discussing the Tundra, which is the truck that I was interested in. He suggested that I take it on an extended test drive. I quickly fell in love with the truck and decided that was what I wanted. They offered me an honest APR and Howard did not behave like guys in other dealerships. I would suggest Freeman to anyone looking to buy either a new or used car!

I feel that if you have a good experience while car shopping that it is only right you share it with everyone else. We decided it was time to replace our 2006 Toyota Avalon so started out by looking online. We came across a site for Freeman Toyota and found it very user friendly as well as informative. The internet sales team was super friendly and took the time to get to know us and what we were in the market for.



We drove to Freeman Toyota in Hurst, TX near Fort Worth. When we arrived we found everyone to be very polite, warm and friendly, and the sales team was both patient and easy to talk to. We decided to test drive the Toyota Venza because of its size and beauty and loved it. The managers were nice and not at all pushy. In our 27 years of marriage this has to be the best car buying experience we have ever had. Mr. Freeman has a wonderful dealership and now you have two new very loyal customers!

Thanks to Toyota’s creation of a vehicle perfect for my needs and you guys as a dealership to provide the perfect connection to that product! Bob and Gladys were very professional and respectful and your head of finance worked to meet my needs until about 11pm at night!
