Signature Landscapes

This is the worst company ever. The workers are rude and do very bad job of cleaning up much less anything else. Run Away!

This business did some work in our backyard, and it was awful. The owner promised things that were never delivered, had problems with both the substance and the style of her communication (the written communication is filled with grammatical and spelling errors, and reflects a lack of accuracy and care), and overcharged us!



End result: drainage problems, faulty materials, and damage to our yard, after they took a month longer than promised to "finish" the job.



Unfortunately, I was misled because there were a couple positive (but probably fake) reviews on the web. For anyone who is thinking about this company, I encourage you to review their record at the Better Business Bureau, which gives them a well-deserved "F".

We hired Sharon as our landscape contractor after interviewing several other designers. The reason we initially selected Sharon was his approachability, her willingness to listen to our concerns, and she shared our passion.



Sharon exceeded our expectations on every level. She steered us in the right direction with plant choices and enthusiastically shared the design reasons for those choices; she helped us find creative solutions for our desire to have a space for vegetables.



The results are outstanding. We are literally enjoying our yard every day. We have had surprising and wonderful changes in colors from season to season, something we really hadn't thought of; thankfully Sharon did!



We regularly recommend Sharon to neighbors stopping by to admire the change in our garden!

I hired Signature Landscapes to resolve a drainage problem I had. I had water soming thru my foundation into my crawl space. They worked neatly and completely resolved my issues. I plan to hire them this springto build an outdoor living area!

I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a first class job done on their yard. They also do great lighting for your landscape. I have used them and was very pleased with their service and call backs. They care about their customers and that you are satisfied with the job that they do. Give them a call and you will be pleasingly happy and satisfied with their work and quotes.

We have had to totally redo our yard. They just put bushes in, no architect reason to do so. Most of the bushes and plants died and those that lived we had to move. I asked for certain colors and not others - they put in all of the colors that I did not want. They did not remove the grass before making flower beds, just put mulch over the grass. Therefore all of the grass continues to grow in the flower beds. They did not put adequate amount of cement between the stones - most of the stones have come apart. They total bill was over $5000 more than was quoted. They did not clean up the mess they made while working. When contacted to correct the errors, they would not respond. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
