Again the very nice paying customer asked, where does it read that its against Fed Ex policy for any customer to cut up any thing and place it in the trash? Most recently the very same elderly male white adult has been observed loitering on this private property going on two plus years. The exact name of the vagrant is not known. So lets refer to the vagrant as: A.K. A. Bob. The vagrant has been sleeping in the front and back of this Fed Ex. Pictures were taken of the vagrant. Once they are developed they will be posted. Also he does not do any business with : Fed Ex. So this is : Loitering: Calif. Penal Codes: 555.2 & 647G. Possibly: Calif. Penal Code: 372 & 373 . As we know this is public nuisance. So if the Fed Ex bathroom is suppose to be closed at : 10:00 p.m. Where does the vagrant use the bathroom? His vehicle is a gold Suv. Calif. plate: Surph. The vagrant : A.K.A. Bob does a have a bald spot. Also another possibly vagrant has been occasionally loitering or parking his truck over night . With a small trailer on the back. With equipment. With no regard to the fact of paying customers using the computer at: 40 cents a minute. Then one of the at will employees a male Hispanic adult with hair that sticks up like a porky pine . Clean shaven was asked why he corrected a customer about being loud. Yet didn't correct all that yelling by a male white adult. The response was: " He is off the clock. Unfortunately, it happened again the second and third times also. Therefore, if you want to go in, either be sure to buy something, or you'll be irritated by his BAD attitude!!!
RUDE AND GRUMPY OWNER!!! Maybe the owner of this store doesn't need my business or has become so complacent with his current customer base that he no longer cares. I've had a mailbox here for 3 years and EVERY time I go in, the owner is rude to me. He throws my packages on the counter, gets irritated if I ask to use his pen to sign a form, it's rediculous! Not to mention the place is outdated and dirty. He has product on the shelf that looks like it's been sitting there since 1984. If you're looking for a PROFESSIONAL mailbox service, this is not the place.
