The staff was very friendly and helpful!

I have been a patient since 2004. Darlene (receptionist, patient counselor, office manager, etc.). She wears many hats & does it well. Dr. Hartman is superb!!!! TMJ problems. Suffered for 2 years until I found Dr. Hartman. Dr. Hartman is very dedicated & knowledgeable.

I like the friendly family type atmosphere. Everyone in this office is first rate in terms of their expertise. I wish they accepted insurance and parking can be an issue, but all in all, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dentistry needs. I have lived locally for the last 9 years, but have been a patient for roughly 25 years.

Good people who get ya in &out as painless as possible.Request the nitrous when getting an extraction.

Y’all did very well with my daughter especially considering she was a scared 5 year old. 3 cavities taken care of in one setting- props to y’all!! Thank you

The staff seems to be very friendly but there is a lack of privacy. Smiles for life seems to be a very busy bussiness, I was taken to the treatment room 20 minutes after my scheduled appointmen, and the session that I was told would last an hour lasted for 2.5 hours. When I was in for my appointment, I heard the dental problems of people that were in at the same time I was. The check out desk is right in the middle of the waiting room, so people that are waiting hear everything that is discussed during check out. I personaly don't like other people to hear my dental problems and don't care to listen to other people's issues.

The doctor portrade a very bussy rush rush atmosphere, he talked to me as though I was a DDM and when I asked what the terms ment that he used, he did not explain.

Again, the staff seems to be friendly but there is absolutely no privacy.
