        2 HOUR WAIT - SECOND AND LAST ...

        2 HOUR WAIT - SECOND AND LAST VISIT. I arrived a few minutes early and after waiting in the waiting room for 5 minutes was escorted back to an exam room WHERE I WAITED 2 HOURS. I was never informed of such a wait time or offered the option to reschedule, and no one ever even bothered to check on me during this time.



        While I waited, I listened to the doctor spend about 5 minutes with each other patient and an equal amount of time taking care of business after the consultation. After 2 HOURS, the doctor arrived and apologized for "the wait". He spent about 5 minutes with me.



        "The Wait"??? 2 hours is a quarter of the average persons work day and 2 hours of my life that I will never get back. 2 hours is not a "wait", it's an outrage.



        Bottom line:

        Value of my 2 hour wait = $0

        Value of doctors 5 minutes = Approx $800



        I will never attempt to schedule another appointment with this provider and I would never recommend them.
