Pam's Custom Sewing & Alterations

Awful! Please see her FB as well. The reviews online are terrible. Do not take your dress to Pam. Do not take your dress here! Pam doesnt answer her phone nor return phone calls. My sister dropped off her dress for alterations on May 1 & it hadnt even been started yet. We had no other choice than to show up on her doorstep & get the dress back. We will not be doing business with her. Unfortunatley there were tons of other dresses there that were not even started either. Her excuse is that she is too busy w/ her daughters wedding right now.! Dont bring your dress here! it will not be done on time. Very unprofessional experience. I feel bad for all the other brides-to-be who have their dresses awaiting alterations here. :(

Pam was really great! I had a huge wedding dress and she was able to accomodate exactly how I wanted it altered and she was able to get it done when I needed it. She also altered two bridesmaid's dresses and my flower girl's dress. My MOH's dress didn't fit quite right and she fixed it right away! Everyone looked amazing for my wedding and I couldn't have been happier with the service and courtesy that we all got from Pam!!
