        I have been to a number of 'local' yoga studios. But, after walking into this warm and inviting atmosphere I was sold. An hour later, (and some excellent yoga instruction) I bought a years worth of classes! The students and instructors are great and the owner is amazing! This studio is tucked away, but a definately a gem to find!

        I love this yoga studio. All of the yoga teachers are awesome! The atmosphere is so calming and relaxing. Tracey M, owner/instructor, is always adding new classes to keep things interesting. I took the Hypnobirthing class, the baby nutrition class, and the prenatal yoga classes during my recent pregnancy and they were wonderful! If you live near Hudson, check this place out!

        my first yoga experience was at Inspiring Actions, and I've never looked back. A wide range of class options at a studio that is warm and inviting. It's my family away from my family! Thanks Inspiring Actions for making me fall in love with yoga!
