Terrible experience dealing with MPH Ohio. I was quoted a price for service before I dropped off my bike. When I returned they would not let me leave the place without paying twice as much. A manager was unavailable and the whole experience was not only unprofessional but thuggish in nature. My attempts to settle this matter with the owner Doug Duane have been met with the response that I should have known better. Unfortunately now the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company have become involved. Hopefully in the future a measure of professionalism will be added to the establishment. As it is now I am scared to ride my bike after letting them near it. Save yourself the headache and the money and go across the street to State 8.
