General Info: Founded in 1995, the Finance Department is responsible for receiving, accounting for and investing revenue, and processing payments and payroll. The Department processes more than 4,500 vendor and over 4,300 payroll checks and nearly 75,000 utility bills annually. The Finance Department is a part of the city of Hudson in Ohio, which operates engineering, human resources, parks, public works and storm water management departments. The City of Hudson also maintains a utility services department that offers water, sewer and electric utility services. The city offers safe family-oriented neighborhoods and skilled and educated work force. The City of Hudson additionally has a police department that safeguards the lives and property of people and works to reduce crime.
