THIS BUSINESS HAS HOOOOORRRIBLE SERVICE!!! DON'T EVER USE THEM!

I live in Spring Hill, FL. Got locked out of my car when I went to the gas station and had to use their yellow pages to find a locksmith. This one had a big ad and said Hernando service so I decided to call. I specifically asked the guy if it would take him long to get to my location. He said "Nope. It won't take me long at all." I go to school in Tampa, an hour away from where I was. I had a test that morning and was going to be late so I needed my car open asap. I sat and waited for 30 mins!!!!! I went back to the attendant and used their phone to call him again. I called him twice and it went straight to voicemail both times. So I decided to call another company, JASON'S MOBILE LOCKSMITH. Jason was really nice and told me he'd be there in 10 mins. and told me that when the first company shows up, just tell them to leave.

About 10 mins later, the guy from Hernando Locksmith showed up. I let him know that he took too long so I called another company (that was $30 cheaper by the way) and that I didn't need him any more and that he could leave. He proceeded to tell me that I still had to pay him a $50 service charge for coming. I told him that that was ridiculous because he was charging me $65 to do the job in the first place. I told him I called him twice to cancel and it went straight to voicemail and he sweared up and down that it was impossible. We proceeded to argue about the situation. He literally said "Well, when the other guy shows up, I guarantee you he's not opening your car door while I'm standing here." I took that as a threat and after about 5 mins of this, decided to just let him do it. He was a very intimidating man and was sooooo rude about it. He told me he caught every light on his way and was in traffic. Which is bull because I live in Spring Hill and know traffic is never that bad, no matter what time it is, especially from the location that he told me he was coming from.

When Jason showed up, which took no more than 15 mins, I let him know that the first guy refused to leave and was going to charge me $50. The second guy was just beginning to work on my car and told Jason that he should charge me for not cancelling with him. Jason was hesitant and I could tell he felt bad and didn't want to charge me. But I did end up paying him $20. I asked the first guy to lower the price because it did take him 45 mins to get there and he absolutely refused.

Once I got to school, I ended up missing my exam and called him to try and settle the situation because I really didn't think it was fair of him to charge me that price when he specifically told me it wouldn't take him long to get there and he took 45 mins to get there. I even had my father call him on three-way and he refused to budge from the charge. I would've taken it further by bringing it to legal matters but for $65, I'm sure it wouldn't have been worth it. I do believe I needed to pay him since he did get my door open, but his customer service was absolutely horrid. NEVER, EVER, EVER will I ever use his services again. Jason ended up giving me back my money because he didn't agree with Hernando Locksmith charging me the full $65 and felt bad for me. He also informed me that Hernando Locksmith is located in Hudson and not Spring Hill, so obviously they lied about where they were coming from. JASON'S MOBILE LOCKSMITH is definitely the way to go. I've learned a hard lesson. Don't do the same.
