Venuslock35 must have reviewed the wrong dentist...I know Dr. Golub and his staff personally and I have never known him to perscribe anything stronger than an anti-biotic. He doesn't believe in narcotics let alone something like Xanax. He doesn't beleive in sedating a patient. If that is needed then he is more than happy to recommend another dentist...Dr. Golub is an excellent dentist and has been taking care of my family for about 15yrs....He is an excellent family dentist

Been going their for years and I could not be happier. The hygenists are very polite and always do a great job cleaning my teeth with no discomfort. Very friendly atmosphere. And Dr.Golub is such a nice man. He always has a good conversation with everyone I know that goes their and does great work on teeth. Also their are never any rude remarks which is something I delt with at my last dentist office.

I was given a 2mg xanax prior to procedure. I let them know I had NO TOLERANCE to xanax, high dose not needed. They didn't want me to wake & not worry since I had a ride home. I was left laying back in dental chair for 2-3hrs after procedure, as they workt on my friend as well. I asperated from being so incredibly doped & unmonitored, I ended up w pneumonia, lost 40lbs, my hair & almost my very life!!! All that infection in my gums, the blood & saliva from the procedure, was asperated into my lungs. I was FINE the b4 the dentist. The day I came home, I couldn't stop coughing. This stupid dr & his staff did NOT monitor me while I let them know of my lack of tolerance to the 2mg xanax. It took smelling salts to wake me up! This "dentist" almost killed me!!! BC him or his staff didn't bother to check to see if I was even ok for 2- 3 hrs. There wasn't even a door, it was a cubicle type room. I had SEVERE pneumonia, this man almost killed me. If you're going to see him, be careful!
