Top of the line cardio equipment, 700 sq. ft. training cage, 20 ft. pro boxing ring, and a one of a kind bag rack that houses 12 punching / kicking bags along with 2 "jungle jim" style horizontal climbers. Â KO fitness / Animal House MMA is focused on family values, team work, and hard core training. Adults, kids and women classes aimed at the inexperienced as well as top level competitors.
