        our mother was admitted July 29, 2010 and we have never been happier with her care. She will be 93 in May 2011 and has received wonderful care at Medilodge. I highly recommend this nursing home for anyone looking for help with their loved ones.

        I had to give this a 1 star rating otherwise I couldn't submit my review. My mom did not receive assistance here when needed. She fell and cracked her head in the bathroom when she was found there (who knows how long after) they put her back in her bed, they called me 2 hours later and said she bumped her head but she was fine. After a few hours they checked her and she was unresponsive, that's when she was sent to a hospital. She died less than 12 hours later due to a brain hemmorage caused by the fall. I wish I would have known earlier how bad this place was and the lack of care and concern the nurses have for their patients. If I had known sooner, she would still be with us today. Stay away from this nursing home. Since this has happened, I have heard other horror stories about Medilodge (just wish I would have known sooner!)
