        Overall
        No running water. Again

        Never-ending water outages for more than a year. Every month there is either burst pipe or leak or repair. The landlord company has not fixed the problem.



        We have to keep gallons of water so we can take a shower before school/work.



        In the heart of Houston, in a good neighborhood, and in a luxurious looking apartment building, it's a shame we have wake up to no running water almost every single month.
